What came first? In-Gym or the SurfShelf?

Well, while both companies officially launched at the same time, the SurfShelf was actually invented first. In-Gym was then created to make the SurfShelf as much fun as possible.

In case you haven’t heard, the SurfShelf secures any laptop or portable DVD player to any stationary exercise machine (treadmill, bike, elliptical trainer, stair master, you name it…). The first fun application we are launching on our BETA site is our Entertainment Guide. The In-Gym Entertainment Guide allows you to locate and launch a wide variety of online video feeds from your favorite providers, all from one place. The guide was developed for the Online Exerciser, a person using their laptop while exercising (thanks to their SurfShelf of course!). Finding and launching new online video entertainment mid-workout has never been so easy.

So, in a way you could say, while the SurfShelf was created to make exercise fun, In-Gym was created to make it EVEN MORE FUN. And super easy of course.
